Beginning with the Fall 2015 admission term, UIC will use Box to share weekly reports to provide details on where your students are in the UIC application process.Please submit the required information below in order to request access to your school's folder. Access is limited to high school staff within the counseling, advising, and guidance areas. An email invitation to the Box folder will be sent to the address provided on this form within 2 business days.
